What happens when I sign up?

    You get 50 SMS reminder credits included when you sign-up.

    Each SMS reminder sent uses one credit.
    You also get an optional complementary email reminder.

    When you add a new SMS reminder, your MyJogit page will warn you if you have insufficient SMS reminder credits for the remainder of the current subscription period.

    Credits available are calculated for the current subscription period.

I can't sign up - In fact I can't access any secure site!

    The advice from Microsoft is to go to 'Tools/Internet Options' in your browser and 'Delete cookies' and 'Delete Files'.

I have signed up successfully but I can't login.

    Sometimes it takes a few minutes for WorldPay or PayPal to confirm your payment to Jogit - Please wait a few minutes and try again.

What does 'Notice' mean when adding a reminder?

    'notice' is the number of days notice required before the event.

    i.e. Selecting 2 means you will get the reminder 2 days before.

Can I have more than one reminder for the same event?

    Just enter the event again and select a different notice period.

    Each reminder sent will use one credit.

What If I have an 'Other' reminder that will occur every year?

    Simply tick the 'annual' box and it will stay in your MyJogit planner for next year. For example - your car MOT reminder.

I want to send more than 50 reminders.

    You can then purchase more credits to top up your SMS reminders.

    These top up credits do not 'roll over' on subscription renewal so only purchase as many as you need for your subscription period.

    login and go to your MyJogit page. From here you can add top ups.

This service is really useful but what happens if I forget to renew it?

    Your membership to Jogit is a recurring annual subscription and will renew automatically, so you don't have to remember to do it.

After my subscription renewal I have less credits than I thought.

    Annually when the subscription is renewed, the amount of SMS reminder credit available is reset to 50, so remember to only buy credits that you will need for your current subscription period.

I have changed my mobile phone and now have a different number.

    Simply login and go to your MyJogit page. From here you can edit your profile and change the phone number to your new one.

Help - I have forgotten my login and password!!!

    Go to the Login page and request Jogit to send your login details to you.
I got the email reminder but no SMS reminder.

    Login and go to your MyJogit page. From here you can edit your profile and check that the phone number you entered is correct.

How do I cancel my subscription to Jogit?

    On the renew subscription page you will find an option to cancel the PayPal Jogit subscription.

    To cancel a WorldPay subscription you have to login to your
    WorldPay account and cancel the subscription there.

    BUT can you really afford to be without Jogit?

What is Jogit's refund policy?

    Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the management.
